We will be happy to work with you in resolving any issues you have with billing for your subscription.
Note that visiting your account page will allow you to change your billing information as well as cancel your subscription.

Our Request

If you have a problem with billing please reach out to us before you contact your bank for a chargeback. Chargebacks make kittens cry.
